MOTO RANCH INC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES.

The Moto Ranch @ Croom is a one of a kind place and experience! These rules are meant to give each ALL our guests that exclusive experience that can only be had here at the Moto Ranch @ Croom. Our rules are in no way meant to limit your experience at the Moto Ranch, and are meant to embrace the unique, one of a kind experience you will have at the Moto Ranch compound. We thank you ahead of time, for joining us at our piece of dirt heaven!

GUIDELINES, RULES and POLICIES –  expected of all our guests.

*Moto Ranch is not affiliated with Croom Motorcycle Area (CMA), or the State of Florida. The Moto Ranch is private property located inside CMA, and guests of the Moto Ranch must adhere to ALL CMA park rules, and the State of Florida park rangers.

**ALL guests of the Moto Ranch must purchase a Croom Motorcycle Area day/year pass to take their off-road vehicle outside of our fenced private compound.

Reservations made by guests must be accompanied by the following:

• The number of on-road vehicles that the reservation holder will have on Moto Ranch property, accompanied by make/model and license plate number information.

ADDITIONAL DAY GUESTS OF RESERVATION HOLDER:

• The Reservation Holder is the individual who booked their Moto Ranch stay/reservation via the Aribnb or VRBO platform.

• Day Guest(s) are guests not included in the reservation holder’s platform reservation, and may NOT spend the night on Moto Ranch property.

• Day Guest(s) hours are 8 A.M. – 5 P.M.

• A maximum of two (2) Day Guests, not included in the reservation holder’s reservation, will be permitted on property, at any time, as additional Day Guest(s) of the reservation holder.

• Day Guest(s) must be pre-approved by the Host.

• Day Guest(s) pre-approval includes the Day Guest(s)’ full name, on-road vehicle make/model/license plate number, and off-road vehicle make/model information.

• Day Guest(s) information must be provided to the Host PRIOR to the reservation holder’s check-in date, via messaging on their booking platform.

• An additional Day Guest fee will be charged, to the reservation holder, for pre-approved Day Guest/per day, via their booking platform. (additional Day Guest fee, in addition to the pre-approved Day Guest fee, will be charged for guests approved after check in)

• The reservation holder is responsible for ALL Day Guest(s) invited to the Moto Ranch property by the reservation holder.

• The reservation holder is solely responsible for informing their Day Guest(s) of ALL Moto Ranch and Croom Motorcycle Area rules, is responsible for their Day Guest(s) adherence to said rules, and all liability arising from their Day Guest.

ALL RIDERS:

• NO vehicles are allowed in any of the Moto Ranch roped-off fenced areas.

• Only idle speed is allowed on Moto Ranch grounds at all times.

• Riders must have a Croom Motorcycle Area day/year pass on their off-road vehicle to go outside of the Moto Ranch fenced private compound.

• The on-property track is STRICTLY off limits to ALL Moto Ranch guests.

• Riding hours are from dawn to dusk.

MOTO RANCH HOUSE RULES:

• NO additional Day Guest(s) unless pre-approve by Host, and paid for by the reservation holder prior to their check in date.

• No Parties or events allowed unless booked through our Moto Ranch Events listing.

• Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.

• There is NO SMOKING allowed in any interior spaces. An additional cleaning fee of $150 will be assessed for any smoking in interior spaces.

• NO DRUG USE ON PROPERTY (No exceptions will be made, including having a medical card)

• Pets are allowed with Host prior approval and an additional pet fee paid prior to guest’s check-in date.

• Guests must keep their pets in their fenced area, and clean up after them before checking out. If outside the homes/trailers individual fenced area, pets must be on leash at all times.

• POOL HOURS: are 9 A.M. – 10 P.M. The pool is restricted to guests renting the Factory Ride and Privateer houses and is NOT included with MX, SX and ATV travel trailer reservations.

• QUIET HOURS: after 11 P.M. 

• Guests must be 21 or older to drink alcohol.

GENERAL RULES:

• Please keep all gates closed at all times.

• Please dispose of all trash in designated trash barrels outside your rental unit. 

• Please dispose of all used oils and mechanical fluids in the receptacle located at the end of the Graffiti Storage Container.

• Please extinguish fires in the fire pit by 10 P.M.

• There is audio and video surveillance being recorded on the premises.

• NO FIREWORKS ON PROPERTY

• NO FIREARMS ON PROPERTY

• WE DO NOT TOLERATE HARASSING OTHER GUESTS OR DISRESPECTFUL/RUDE BEHAVIOR. 

Guests violating any of the above rules may be trespassed from the Moto Ranch property, at the Host’s discretion, without notice. Moto Ranch trespassed guests will be banned from the Moto Ranch property for an undetermined amount of time, and no refund will be given.
