Don’t leave the 2,600 Acre riding area and experience the entire park while you come home to comfort and convenience with a roof over your head and all the amenities that you have at home!

Come see for yourself! We are now offering comfortable places to stay with all the amenities… satellite TV, WIFI, you can drink if you’re 21, fenced yards, and you can bring your dogs, all right inside the park. You do not have to leave CMA, you do not have to pack up your bikes and gear during your stay, and we have wash stations, a pool for those staying in the houses, a fire pit, pergolas, grills, etc.

We are the only place to stay inside Croom!

A Little History...

How did moto ranch begin?

After owners Peter and Brent went riding for the afternoon up at Croom Motorcycle Area, they packed up their truck and started driving out. When the two approached the FSBO sign, they decided to turn around and drive down the driveway. Because Peter and Brent already have several properties that are short term rentals, as soon as they saw two houses and a travel trailer on five acres of land in the middle of Croom up for grabs, they looked at each other, and immediately said, “We have to buy this!”! They knew that it would make a great destination for a vacation rental and pursued their dream of mixing the love of riding with the comfort of home.

  We came to ride atv and enjoy our selfs. Since the moment we stepped foot in this place we felt a peace like nowhere else. This place is amazing not just for the trails but just the view the place it self is peaceful, amazing, clean, comfy and it has everything you would need to enjoy ur self.   WOW!! THIS PLACE IS SO UNIQUE AND SOOOOOOO COOL!!
great place to come with family or friends, and enjoy the  beautiful Withlacoochee State Forest. miles of trails for your dirt bike, e-bike, or quad! best part is, this is private property inside the state forest so it has great amenities! beautiful campers, a house, fire pits, swimming pool grills to cook on, and AIR CONDITIONING!! after being spent from riding all day, come back to the property and have a cold one, hot shower, grill some grub, and sleep in the ac!
