Property Details

FULL RULES AND REGULATIONS

☑ Five acre private fenced and gated compound, inside 2600 acres of riding trails at Croom Motorcycle Area.
☑ The Moto MX is our private, modern 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom travel trailer, w/privacy fenced yard.
☑ You’ll be at home here, with more features than you expect during a stay at Croom.
☑ Located in Brooksville, FL, 57 miles from Tampa, and 66 miles from Orlando, FL.
☑ FREE WIFI, and satellite TV.
☑ Pets are welcome with pre-approval and additional $100 per pet/per stay fee.
☑ Shared access to our pool so you can cool off after all the days activities.
☑ Fully stocked kitchen with what you need during your stay.
☑ Fenced yard for the kids, the pup, and your toys.
☑ Covered outdoor grill with seating and a picnic table.
☑ Dedicated workspace in every bedroom… if you must work while you play.
☑ Motorcycle/ATV Wash station right in your backyard.
☑ Acres of spacious outdoor common gathering areas, with pergolas seating and a fire pit.

MOTO RANCH HOUSE RULES:
NO additional Day Guest(s) unless pre-approve by Host, and paid for by the reservation holder prior to their check in date.
No Parties or events allowed unless booked through our Moto Ranch Events listing.
Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.
There is NO SMOKING allowed in any interior spaces. An additional cleaning fee of $150 will be assessed for any smoking in interior spaces.
NO DRUG USE ON PROPERTY (No exceptions will be made, including having a medical card)
Pets are allowed with Host prior approval and an additional pet fee paid prior to guest’s check-in date.
Guests must keep their pets in their fenced area, and clean up after them before checking out. If outside the homes/trailers individual fenced area, pets must be on leash at all times.
POOL HOURS: are 9 A.M. – 10 P.M. The pool is restricted to guests renting the Factory Ride and Privateer houses and is NOT included with MX, SX and ATV travel trailer reservations.
QUIET HOURS: after 11 P.M.
Guests must be 21 or older to drink alcohol.
GENERAL RULES:
Please keep all gates closed at all times.
Please dispose of all trash in designated trash barrels outside your rental unit.
Please dispose of all used oils and mechanical fluids in the receptacle located at the end of the Graffiti Storage Container.
Please extinguish fires in the fire pit by 10 P.M.
There is audio and video surveillance being recorded on the premises.

WE DO NOT TOLERATE HARASSING OTHER GUESTS OR DISRESPECTFUL/RUDE BEHAVIOR.

Guests violating any of the above rules may be trespassed from the Moto Ranch property, at the Host’s discretion, without notice. Moto Ranch trespassed guests will be banned from the Moto Ranch property for an undetermined amount of time, and no refund will be given.
